Model TLS- K50
The TLS-K50 provides an economical solution to ongoing eyeglass and goggle sterilization and storage needs. This sterilization cabinet offered by Total Lab Solutions is made from durable 24-gauge steel with easy access and safety locks. Optional interior reflectors are available upon request.

Designed for use in schools where reuse of laboratory safety goggles and earphones presents a health hazard, the unit provides dry sterilization using ultraviolet radiation. When the doors are closed and locked, the interior can be flooded with ultraviolet light. All bacteria or microorganisms within the cabinet are killed. The door has a key lock safety closure, and the ultraviolet lamp is automatically shut off when the doors are opened. A built-in 15-minute automatic timer controls the sanitizing period desired. The TLS-K50 sterilization goggle cabinet operates on a 110V AC with a 3-wire grounded cord.

Special aluminum reflective interior surface insures complete sterilization of cabinet and goggles. UL approved. Supplied with a rack to hold 30 pairs of goggles. Rugged heavy-gauge steel sterilizing cabinets deliver clean sterile goggles in minutes. A 15-minute timer controls the UV lamps ensuring sufficient exposure to kill germs without shortening goggle life. Safety features include double-latching doors, key-operated lock and an ON indicator light. Units will not operate unless cabinet doors are closed. Welded seams and tight-fitting piano hinges safely contain UV light. Goggles not included.

Model TLS-100F
The large capacity, top-of-the-line TLS-100F goggle storage and sterilization cabinet can accommodate hard hats as well as eye wear. It incorporates specially designed aluminum reflective surfaces for increased ultraviolet light coverage, which insures complete sterilization of the contents.

TLS-100F Ultraviolet Sterilization Goggle Cabinet 40-Goggle model provides dry sterilization using ultraviolet radiation. Ultraviolet Sterilization Goggle Cabinets Replacement Bulb for use with 30-Goggle (Z10400M) or 40-Goggle (Z11880M) Goggle Cabinets.

Special, highly reflective aluminum within the cabinet reflects up to 85% of the ultraviolet rays produced by the bulbs, sending light in all directions. This assures that the rays will directly strike, and thus destroy microorganisms on all surfaces of the objects to be sanitized. All cabinets feature a 15-minute timer for controlled sterilization and extends goggle life. Removable shelves hold 30 or 40 pairs of goggles, 30 or 40 pairs of glasses or 10-20 headsets. The cabinet features a key lock, two safety door switches, and a pilot light. Goggles or glasses not included.
